Valentine's Day for us

When you think Valentine's Day, you think of flowers, right?! Well for us, seasonal flower farmers in the North Okanagan zone 4/5, we have NO flowers blooming at this time. We are blanketed in about 3' of snow and no chance of it melting till March or April!

In the past, we would source out Succulents and made Succulent gardens with our dried flowers and foraged bits and created pop up shops for Valentines Day and it was great. But truth be told when we sat down and talked about 2020 we wanted this time of the year to focus on the business side of the farm. Also we wanted make sure we are giving ourselves some time to relax, be with family and friends, and try to catch up on some house cleaning (haha who am I kidding, house cleaning haha) before it starts getting busy outside!

So instead of ordering product and setting up a pop-up shop, we are only selling our seasonal Flower Subscriptions for Valentine's Day. It kinda makes sense since that's what we do....grow local, seasonal flowers! PLUS why give flowers only one day of the year when you can give local

flowers for months!! You can find all the info about our subscriptions on our website.

Whether it's flowers, chocolates, dinner out

(or dinner made for you), or a simple "I love you"

I hope everyone has a Happy Valentine's Day!

Cheers Amie
